Refund policy
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll do my best to help. Please note that Studio Younie is not responsible for lost packages.
As a small business, I require a 5% restocking fee for any refund requested before I have started your commission. Once a portrait is in progress, refunds are not accepted as each piece is fully custom.
