For custom cat portraits, please allow 3–5 weeks for completion. You’ll receive a photo of the finished artwork for approval before it ships.

Shipping

All orders ship from the United States with a tracking number. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with the tracking details.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free within the United States for all custom pet portraits.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.
Studio Younie is not responsible for lost packages.
